How It Works
Step One
Book a FREE in-person or video consultation to discuss your media and what you want your final product to look like.
Step Two
Physical Media Review

The photos are counted and the videos are checked to make sure they're playable. I'm also happy to provide free previews of the videos, if you have old discs or tapes and you're not sure what's on them.
Step Three
Once everything is reviewed, a project estimate will be sent. Typically, this estimate reflects the highest possible price point. Common reasons that the final invoice could be lower include duplicate photos being found or videos being significantly shorter than expected.
Step Four
Upon approval of the estimate, the digitization process will begin. Every Friday, emails are sent to update you on your project's progress.
Step Five
Once the project is completed, you'll receive a link to the Google Drive (I'm also happy to discuss different output locations, if you'd prefer).
Step Six
At this point, an invoice will be sent, summarizing the total cost and content of your final product.
